We provide Sub-Zero refrigerator repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services in the DuPage County, Illinois area. All services are performed by trained technicians using appropriate tools and equipment. Service availability is subject to scheduling and our operating hours of Mon-Sat 8AM-6PM.
Independent Service Provider
Naperville Refrigeration Experts is an independent repair company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Sub-Zero, Wolf, or any appliance manufacturer. All brand names, trademarks, and registered trademarks are property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.
Estimates and Pricing
Service estimates are provided after diagnostic inspection and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection. Additional issues discovered during repair that were not apparent during initial diagnosis will be communicated to you with an updated estimate before proceeding. No repair work is performed without your explicit approval.
Warranty
Repairs performed by our technicians include a warranty on parts and labor. Warranty terms are specified in your service documentation. The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, power surges, or other external factors. Warranty claims must be reported during the warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naperville Refrigeration Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
